Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. No time limit, no credit card required. You get 1 user, 3 platforms, 30 posts per month, and basic analytics. If you outgrow it, upgrade; if you don't, stay free.
What happens when I hit the 30-post limit on Free?
Your scheduled posts for the current month keep publishing. New posts queue up until the next billing cycle, or you can upgrade to Pro for unlimited publishing.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you don't lose paid access you've already covered.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, and it's 20% cheaper than monthly. Toggle to Annual above the plan cards to see annual pricing.
What platforms are included in Pro?
All nine: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Google Ads, Pinterest, and Snapchat. Free is capped at 3 of your choice.
How does the Agency plan differ from Pro?
Agency adds unlimited users, white-label reporting, full API access, custom integrations, dedicated support, SSO, and audit trails. Built for teams managing multiple brands or enterprises with compliance requirements.
What counts as a 'post'?
One piece of published content on one platform. If you publish the same brief as adapted variants to all nine platforms, that's nine posts against your monthly count on Free. Pro and Agency have no post limit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click in billing settings. No retention calls, no cancellation fees. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access through the end of the paid period.
